TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is an innate, natural way of working with the body.
Rather than trying to change how you think or feel, it allows the body to do what it already knows: gradually releasing patterns of tension and returning to a more settled state.

What is TRE®?
TRE® is a series of exercises that invite a natural response within the body, often experienced as subtle tremors or vibrations.
This is a built-in mechanism, shared across all mammals, that supports the body in regulating itself.
There is nothing to force, push or perform and it is led by your body.
How does it work?
In everyday life, body and mind continuously adapt and respond, often without the opportunity to fully settle afterwards.
This leaves our internal 'alarm system' running in the background.
TRE® creates the conditions for this physiological process to finally complete and as the body begins to respond, it naturally begins to:
