It also left me slightly puzzled.

Let me explain.

Forget-me-not and - more importantly - forget-myself-not!
Forget-me-not and - more importantly - forget-myself-not!

National Carers' Week has been and gone - and as I always say we need much more than awareness weeks.

So, now that the awareness is probably put on hold until next year – let's explore a very practical solution.

What I hear quite often is that many people – and carers in particular – believe they don't have time for self-care.

Sounds familiar?

I want to gently and kindly challenge you.

Do you have about five minutes per day/every other day for a natural, innate and TREmendously amazing self-care routine?

I bet most of us will be able to fit that in, right?

  • Maybe first thing in the morning?

  • Maybe at one stage during the day?

  • Maybe even in bed just before falling asleep.

And talking about sleep (soooo important!), this practice could also lead to a much better sleep.

I hear that from my clients all the time - “the best good night's sleep” is one of the most cited positive side effects of TRE.

Why?

When we relax the muscles – we calm the nervous system.

That's it.

Easy, natural, innate and very, very powerful.

Do you want to find out more?

Or were you thinking of a family member or friend with caring responsibilities?

I invite you to get in touch and share this option with them.

They might thank you for it.

TRE is TREmendously amazing and can help us to release tension, heal aches and pains, address anxiety or anger and, most importantly, prevent burnout.

Because burnout is real.

Not just for stressed executives and managers, but for parents, mums, carers …, too.

You've probably heard that many times:

First look after yourself, then assist other people.
Or
You can't pour from an empty cup.

If so, take this newsletter as a sign to now do something that can help you massively.

This 'something' is TRE, which is empowering, innate and natural.

With TRE we can:

  • Release tension, aches and pains

  • Build resilience

  • Prevent burnout

  • Get better sleep

  • Have better relationships

  • And so much more

I'm here to guide you safely.

Last but not least, don't postpone your well-being, the following statistics are grim and it sounds to me that these facts will make matters even worse:

"With approximately 12,000 people in the UK becoming unpaid carers every day, 43% of current or former unpaid carers have either developed a mental or physical health problem, or seen an existing condition worsen.

And 40% of our estimated 24.9 million current unpaid carers have cancelled their own medical appointment, because of their caring roles."

These quotes come from the *article that left me slightly puzzled.

Why?

Many heartfelt real life examples, but sadly no real solutions.

Just to stress it again:

I can offer a real solution, which is innate, natural and doesn't need much time.

If this resonates with you or you were thinking of a carer who could do with some self-care ...

... I invite you to get in touch/forward my details for a fact-finding chat.

I'm here for you.

I'm also here for you if you are a carer and are struggling financially. Please get in touch if you'd like to learn TRE and we'll work something out.
