Would you like to try something simple with me right now?

Today I invite you to take just a couple of minutes (honestly, you won't need longer) to notice your body.

Noticing tiny details
Noticing tiny details

Really notice it.

You might be sitting in front of your computer or hunched over your mobile phone while you are reading this and that's fine.

In fact, that's a great place to start, so let's go.

“I used to think stress only lived in my head. TRE showed me how much of it was stored in my body and how incredible it feels to let it go.” Tim

First of all, notice your head and your face – how are you holding your head, is your jaw tense or relaxed, how's your neck?

Maybe you want to move your head a bit and see if that makes a difference or if you are finding a better position.

Also, how's your breathing?

Most importantly, are you breathing in through your nose?

How deep and relaxed are your breaths?

Would you like to try and make your out-breath a wee bit longer than your in-breath?

And if so: What do you notice?

Next … how are your shoulders and your upper back – do you notice any tension or even pain?

Moving further down …

How's the middle part of your back and, crucially, your lower back – a place where many of us hold tension that can typically turn into pain?

How are your legs – are you sitting cross-legged or even double cross-legged – do you want to change the way you are sitting or standing?

Sometimes just moving your body will help you to feel better – that's why taking regular breaks when sitting in front of your computer can make a huge difference.

Because, as you might know, movement heals (almost) all wounds.

“The release was so profound. My jaw unclenched, my breathing softened and my whole body felt like it had exhaled.” Claudia

Sometimes movement isn't enough, though.

So let's dive deeper.

Your body is speaking to you. And it's up to you to listen.

I've heard many people telling me that they feel tension all over their body.

For some, simply naming and verbalising their pain is what’s needed in that moment.

Others might already have arrived at a stage where they are looking for solutions on how to gently release it.

If that’s you, you’re already moving in a powerful direction and are one step ahead.

Or let's say two steps, because you are already part of my TREmendous community and are at least aware of TRE and how your body can support yourself.

In the most innate and natural way.

I'd like to remind you of David Berceli's words. He's the creator of TRE:

"There is an undiscovered gift inside the human body and I am just trying to help people and say: This gift is in you, use it, because it's designed to help you." David Berceli, PhD, creator of TRE

If and whenever you'd like to explore this gift, I'm here for you.

Simply send me a message or book a fact-finding chat to discuss how and if TRE can meet your expectations.

And just a wee reminder and to give you reassurance:

These chats are NOT sales calls, they are simply an opportunity to ask all your questions and to get to know me and my approach.

And if it feels right, you’ll know if TRE feels like the right next step for you.

“It was such a strange feeling at first, my body trembling on its own. And then came the calm. I felt like I’d had the best massage of my life without anyone touching me.” Nikki

Natural. Innate. TREmendous.
